Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at or sponsoring our annual PowerSchool™ User Group Conference.

We estimate up to 600 conference attendees. Our typical PowerSchool™ User Group event has people in a variety of positions in attendance. Many decision makers or people that make product & services recommendations will be on hand at this event. Superintendents, Building Principals, Counselors, Technology Directors, PowerSchool™ System Administrators and some Administrative Assistants will be in attendance.

This conference is sponsored by the Michigan PowerSchool™ User Group. Our last event had users from over 30 different states and four countries in attendance so this will be good exposure for you and your products or services.  We only have space for about 30 vendors so your prompt response will be needed to secure your booth in our annual event.

Sunday the 23rd from 5:00-9:00 pm and from 9:00-noon on Monday the 24th.

Thursday is optional but you are welcome to stay with us!

Vendor Reception 

7:00-11:00 Tuesday July 25 (more info to follow on this reception)

 
Each booth will include: (1) 6’ or 8’ table, (2) two chairs, (1) waste basket, wireless internet access & electrical outlet. 

We make every effort to keep costs down for our attendees. Please consider becoming a sponsor at our event. We have MANY sponsorship opportunities available for you. A typical attendee has a high degree of decision-making authority for their school district.  2013 conference attendance was over 500 attendees. 2015 & 2016 were nearly 600.  We are proud of our conference and invite you to join us as a sponsor.

  • Sponsorships must be paid in full no later than April 1, 2017
  • Any items created for the conference by PSUG Events become the property of PSUG Events
  • “In Kind” sponsorships are at the discretion of PSUG Events

We will be offering a nice sponsorship discount for any of you that commit to sponsoring all 5 PSUG Events in 2017 and prepay the amount. It seems to be the same people sponsoring each year so one of you suggested we works something out for all of you! EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Please note:  The 2017 National PSUG event will be held at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas, NV.  We have limited space for exhibitors at this location.  Our prime exhibit spaces in the ballroom will go first to our past sponsors & exhibitors.  All sponsors will be with us in the ballroom for our meals.  There should be a handful of additional spaces for exhibits only. Those will go on a first come, first served basis AFTER we fill in the other spaces with sponsors and past exhibitors.  We will also make available a handful of exhibit tables outside of the ballroom for a slightly reduced rate if you are interested.  We will work with you individually if this is something you would like to pursue.

Breakout Session Opportunities:

Diamond & Platinum Sponsors have at least two opportunities for breakout sessions.  Gold Sponsors have at least one opportunity for a breakout session during the conference. The Planning Committee will decide when & where these take place.

EXHIBIT BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS:
Please note:  We won't be able to get out a map with potential booth options until some time in March. We are going there the end of February to meet with convention staff to try and redo the set up of the ballroom so we can fit more of you in this year.  That means we won't have up to date drawings until the end of March.  PAST SPONSORS WILL GET FIRST CHOICE ON EXHIBIT LOCATIONS!!
