Our standard options and rates apply. Exhibits only are $500. Sponsors are $2,500 (Sponsors receive a minimum of two breakout sessions, Logo on conference materials, banners and other perks!).
We only have room for 25-30 exhibitors here in the exhibit area. Be sure to get signed up ASAP as we have a lot more vendors interested in participating than we used to so this will fill up. For those of you that attended last year, we will reach out to you to get your thoughts about moving you from that ballroom to the conference center where all the sessions are so you hopefully can get more foot traffic.
For our sponsors, I am already working with my rep to put additional signage in the events center, near their registration desk and in the buffet where they will be eating meals for added exposure for you.

Tentative Set Up Info:
The conference will run Monday through Wednesday. Exhibits are open from lunch on Monday & Tuesday through lunch on Tuesday. ***Based on our conference last week, you might want to be set up by the end of breakfast on Monday morning. We had a huge rush after breakfast Monday morning at the exhibit tables!
Set up can be done on Sunday afternoon from 6:00-9:00 or Monday morning from 9:00-11:00. Exhibits will be open from Lunch on Monday through lunch on Tuesday.
